Customer Service is not a priority

The overall attitude of the apartment personnel is rude. They have no customer service etiqutte. They're sweet when they are trying to get you into the apartment but as soon as you move in, they ignore all things that need to be done to your apartment. I called about a mold problem in my vents, and they never responded to it. I have had problems with the noise level that my upstairs neighbor was making (at 1:00am)and the manager yelled at me for complaining. I had to call the corporate office in order for them to respond to my problems. I had to call the corporate office for two weeks before I finally spoke with a representative. Upon moving out, the manager would not give me my final bill and told me to get it from the mailbox. She knew I turned in my keys and had no access to the mailbox. The overall customer service of the apartments is rude, abrasive, and very poor.
