Creekwood Village Apts...My worst nightmare!
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 5/20/2008
Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
When I moved in the apartment was not in livable condition. I had to buy a carpet cleaner and clean the carpet. I had to purchase handy man tools, paint, and other items so that I could fix the busted bathroom pipe, refinish the counter top in the bathroom, refinish the tub which was disgustingly brown, the bathroom tile was sooo dirty I had to scrub it with comet and bleach so that I could see the color of it, the fan it the bathroom did not work; it made very loud screeching sound, the front door/entrance lock was broken, the storage room lock was broken, the entire apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and death. There were insects roaming about as if they were on the lease and paid rent. There is a 1/2 inch crack between the front door and the floor which allows any and everything that can fit into my dwelling place. My vehicle was wrongfully towed two times; the second time the apt manager paid the towing fees. I have received numerous eviction notices for non-payment of rent because the bookkeeper doesn't have a clue of how to keep books. The pot holes will throw your car alignment way off. One time there was a water leak/busted pipe that went unrepair for a couple of months. The parking lot remain flooded for the entire time. My rent, water, sewer, and trash bills are paid on time each and every month; I have even paid a few dollars extra and to date have not received credit for paying extra. Their are unsupervised kids that destroy the
property and male residents that harass females...where's security. Complaints sent to the office are ignored. $425 for rent...well, the old saying is right "you get what you pay for"
