There are tons of empty promises, larger than the pot holes. What little security there is never shows up when called. There are lots of drugs. The mail is tampered with. There is lots of sewage water in the parking lot (where is the health department') Tons of nasty drag queens and trannies with funky dog smelling apartments. One tenant with 6 dogs lets them poo in the house and washes it off the balcony into the bushes. Tons of termits and unsafe balconies. If you want to rent here, don't!
