My husband and I moved from Tulsa. We put
up the deposits as reqired $150 for the apartment $300 for the pets. We were perfect
tenants, paid every month on time. Didn't have any repairs during the year. We gave the proper 60 day notice that is reqired.
It was when we received the move out information that we learned that we could get a professional to clean the carpet or they would and take it out of your deposit or charge you for it. We had the carpet cleaned. Four months later we still haven't received our deposit back. They lost our file to even submit it to the corporate office. Good luck. Everything seemed great
the people are nice because they are getting your money, not so nice when it comes to giving you back your money.
