I have been here 10 years. This used to be a nice place to live. Now, my lease can't end soon enough. In the past 8 months, the maintenance is non-existant. If you get lucky and they actually do your maintenance, it takes many tries before they just give up and tell you to move to a new apartment. Crime and break-ins have sky-rocketed. Mangement and staff change more often than the Texas weather. And when the office staff is here, not only do they lose deposit and lease paperwork, but they conveniently lose checks, maintenance requests, and anything else that a simple secretary could keep up with. The apartements are falling apart - siding is falling off, plaster on porches is falling apart, you name it - these apartments are in serious need of renovation. 80-90% of the outdoor lights are out, children run wild, and cars are broken into regularly.
