This used to be a really nice place to live. I've lived here over 3 years now, and it still has some nice things about it - it's still quiet and has good parking its in a good location - but they recently changed management companies. Now they MAIL me a bill for my rent each month. They used to have resident functions twice a month, and other community events, now there aren't any. When they took over, they mailed everyone a 100 page booklet about how to keep your apartment clean. It took them three days to change my air filter and fix my garbage disposal. It doesn't feel comfortable there anymore, instead, I feel like I'm living in a corporation. I don't see that they focus on the things that used to make Crossings on Marsh a nice, comfortable place to live. I will not be renewing my lease again.

Really? I used to live there until three years ago and remember the resident functions quite well...and the BBQs by the pool the management used to hold were great. They had a great team and the grounds were wonderful and quiet. I was just thinking about coming back...guess not.
