The raccoons are everywhere, it is unsafe to go out of your apartment after the sun goes down. They tear up the trash, hide underneath your car and have no fear of humans. They will stand on my stairs eating their bounty from the dumpster and stomping your feet will not make them stop, I feel imprisoned after the sun goes down or if I get home after dark and am lucky enough to find a parking spot within 3 buildings of my apartment.

I agree with this person. Not only racoons, but also the possoms. And parking, would be half the reason why I will not renew my lease. Besides my disrespectful neighbors.

SO TRUE.... I came home late Monday Night 10/20/2008 and their was a racoon under a car I shined the bright lights on him and he did move, I was trying to get him to move because I needed to go up the stairs and he sat their no fear at all I had to call Dallas Police to call animal control when they got hear he grawled like a dog and put up a good fight but they did get him....and it took me two hours to get in the house.
