I cannot stand how these apartments have been destroyed.
They never watered the grass now there is not any grass anywhere, it's dirt.
Apartments are left with windows broken out and empty apartments are not locked and kids are inside tearing up the place.
The outside has places where they will not fix and it rains inside of my apartment.
I know they just do not care, but it is not all of the apartment personal as the owners of Dana Point has successful turned this into a slum.
But they just go on collecting rent monies.
So sad, I am just so mad that after twelve years of this I now know it will never improve.
I really hate to move and that is why I have stuck it out so long.
It is does not help when problems are reported I have spoke with my neighbors and they just shake their head and said they just do not even try anymore.
I have called on all of the above problems and of course I did not even list everything.
But I am just tired of trying to get things fixed and have a happy, clean well maintained place to live.
I have always paid my rent on time and their hand is out to accept it, but where is their hand in fixing the problems here at Dana Point Apartments.

Nasty place to live. The apartment manager just sits on her butt and does nothing, I understand the same people that own this complex own several more, how sad for us. This is truly a slum and the owners and manager made it that way.

I live here as well and have several serious complaints about safety, management and maintenance. I will be moving as soon as possible, believe me. The rent may be low, but it's not worth the risk or frustration to stay.
However, it is not a slum. I've seen a true slum first-hand, and this is not even close. I wouldn't recommend that anyone sign a lease here, but can't compare my living conditions to those in Kibera.

Dana Point has been bought by Fairfield Residential. They plan on turning our property to a A plus community. We will see.
