I have lived at the Davenports for almost 2yrs now. They are not Luxury Apartments but I have had very little problems with them. The staff has always been very sweet and respectful to me. I HAVE had to call several times for repair issues but only the minor ones took awhile to fix, such as the ceiling needed to be repainted do to water damage. The Damage was fixed instantly but the repaint took 2 weeks. Most of the maintenance staff were very competent and friendly, with the exception of one or two. In all honesty these are cheap apts and you won't be catered to but they do get most of the jobs done in a friendly manner. These are very standard apts with standard policies. Not fantastic but nor are they horrible by any means.
