I lived there for 2 1/2 years and there were break-ins on a weekly basis. There were nightly drinking fights in the parking lots. Riff Raff was always present.

Apts themselves were okay - no high speed internet service. Water pipes in the walls were very loud. Windows poorly insulated - got very hot in summers and cold in winters.

Good location for Addison but too many problems with break ins and there was even a drug dealer who dealt straight from the apartment on a daily basis - too much drug traffic in and out.

Not many amenities but main pool was nice. No clubhouse to rent.
