I have only been here for a few months and so far things seem to be going well. I haven't had any problems with people breaking into or dinging the paint on my car. Needless to say, I don't have an expensive car that I would park in this parking lot, or any apartment complex parking lot for that matter. For all those people that have nice cars...why do you have an expensive car and live in an apartment complex' What are you thinking'

Everything that I have expected from an apartment complex, Deer Run has given to me. Yes, there are people that drive around with the bass going. Yes, there are individuals that do have parties that make too much noise. Yes, the fitness center is definitely not the greatest (but usable). And yes, these are a little bit older complexes so they do have problems that you wouldn't get from a newer complex. But these problems you can expect from any apartment complex...I don't care what anyone says!

The management and I, we haven't had a reason to cross paths, so I can't comment on them. I will say, in response to someone's post about not seeing the apartment before moving in, you are an idiot! The management will always let you see the apartment before you sign any paperwork...you just have to ask. Don't jump to conclusions and start calling someone a liar, because things don't go your way.

As for the individual that posted on 03/05/05, regarding not being told when lease was up, you are an idiot too! It is not the management's responsibility to tell you when your lease is up. You signed the contract, thus, you know when your lease ends. At least any smart human being would know. Act like an adult and start being a little more responsible with things.

I think this is a decent apartment complex that does have its problems, but overall, if I had to do it again, I would without a doubt.
