First of all all these people need to keep there mouths shut. I am a resident, and so many people ----- and ----- about all of this. No place is perfect.. If you dont like it here then get the hell out. Im moving in cause its quite and cheap, not cause I collect a welfare check... Go check out oakcliff and live there for a week then get back with me... Get a life and quit trying to make a change in the world... If your home was bad then you would move then... not worried about a lease, trust me... Why dont all of you go live at centerpoint apartments... Thats a nice community to live. Safe Fun security patrol and quite.... Hell no it is.. its hell of alot worse. So if you wanna ----- about the Bass and the noise and a roach or "roaches" then clean up your filth then......
Try the Gardens t Vail then.... you can live an effencency for 700 a month and hear the neghbors having sex and talk about whatever clearly through the walls..... so all I have to say is dont knock your place of where you live... remember you came there first they didnt come to you... they dont control your money for rent. you do... trandfer, move out break your leases I dont care just please keep it down..... Ive had many freinds live in this complex. Ive visited for many years, I never haerd the GANG BANGERS pop caps in asses at night.. come one people....... And plus the staff are very helpful.... nice and considerate

I am a million precent sure this was written by the staff. I am in the industry and I had people come in my community today, telling me how horrible the staff and curtisy officer are. They are constantly being harrassed by thugs, and the offices refuses to do anything about it. I am surprised Fair Housing and Better Business Bureau are not on your Ass, that's why you must offer 30 day like it or leave it. By the way this is not Oak Cliff this is North Dallas!

Because "curtisy" is actually "courtesy" FYI okay what the hell do you want 4 women to do to a thug, GO CATCH HIM!! your retarded, try calling the POLICE, um the ones who could actually help in a situation like that! Maybe they offer a 30 day like it or leave it because they are that CONFIDENT that you would love it! duh!! Has this Really Great community you speak of tried yet to do a Rental Verification, cuz you would probably find they didnt pay RENT! It's easy to hate a property if they always have to chase you down for your rent money! You also did not get any point of the above statment, the person basically said It can always be worse, your probably 20 yrs old so, you would not know anything about that yet!, but I promise you darling you will! Im not a resident, but I have friends here, and they love it! MR or MISS. North Dallas you have alot to learn!

i would just like to thank you "courtesy"... you have made up my mind on my search for an apt. i will NOT be moving here. It is quite obvious you do NOT have a so called friend that lives here... I am guessing that you are someone from the office staff trying to make a good rating for yourself that you obviously have not gotten/ will not get from your own residents.
