Honest opinion...from my perspective.

I have lived here for nearly 9 months now, and for the most part, it is a good community. The pricing, considering the location, is much better than any other complex in the immediate area. The complex is a little bit older, but this is why the office staff can work the leasing prices to the renter's favor. Overall noise isn't bad...it's your typical apartment. Expect to have a few tenants that stay up until 2 or 3 am. Expect to have cars with bass rattle your dishes for a few seconds when they drive through the parking lot. And considering the area, expect to have an airplane make some noise every now and then for a few moments.
One of the many things you can expect from this complex is that if you pay your bills (on time), respect your neighbors, not constantly complain to management, your experience here will be above average. For those individuals that have roach problems...not sure what to tell you. I can suggest that clothes should get picked up instead of throwing them in wads on the ground, clean up the dishes after you use them, take your trash out every other day or so, and try to clean up after yourself (like an adult)...you know, simple things. I had a little bug problem when spring arrived, but I placed a couple of bug bombs in my apartment and haven't had any problems since. Take care of your apartment and it should take care of you.
As for the office staff...I have never wanted to make a complaint about any of the staff. They have always greeted me by name and were willing to take a few moments out of their busy schedule to talk with me. Of course, I also don't have late payments nor am I periodically complaining to them, so they treat me with the respect because I treat them with respect.
Only one complaint...wish the equipment room had some fully functioning machines.
Other than that, I would recommend this place for both singles and families. It is affordable, it is centrally located, and you definitely get more apartment for the price you pay.
Like I said in the title though...this is my "honest opinion...from my perspective". Not office staff either b/c I went "anonymous".
