I've been living here for 2 months now and I've found more to complain about that to praise. My freaking water bill is over 50 buck and I live alone. I do not have a washer or dryer and it's to much. They split the whole water bill among everyone which mean someone with 4 kids pays as much as one person living alone. NOT RIGHT! My electric bill is $200 per month. My air hasn;t been working right since I moved in. It's always hot!!!! Roaches like no other! I've tried to use the hot tub but it has sand in it. I asked them to clean it and their response was "we clean it ONCE A YEAR" WTF!!!! As soon as I save enough money to move.....I'm good as gone. They also run the sprinklers at 1:00 am and at 6:00 am. They are loud as heck and wake me up every time they come on!

legally they cannot charge you the same water amt as the person next door with 4 kids, so make sure of that...
