am so excited that my lease is up . The maintence is terriable . They charge you to spray your apartment for the roach problem that was already there. They also use the cheapest materials. I washed my counter top and it wiped away. And Mandy is the biggest Biii***cchhh! They lose your payments frequently so make sure you keep track on your own. THe pool looks like everyone in dallas pissed in it. I would not recommend a bum to move here. There are alot more apartments in the area with alot better quality.

Ok first of all the roach thing sounds like a personnel problem here's a thought clean your apartment roaches travel and more then likely you brought them with you. And as for Mandy being a so called " -----" maybe if she didnt have to chase people like you down to pay their rent she wouldnt seem like a -----. And thats probably the reason no one can find your money cause you didnt pay it.

i agree: i am looking for an apartment and i love to see the responses that people in management put to such complaints and it really helps see what kind of attitude their have towards their tenants. thanks anonymous person in management : you obviously have a bad attitude. Thank you for narrowing my search. I'll be glad to let other pple know.
