I have lived in my 1 bedroom apt. (largest) for 10 months. I don't have any bug problems. They have put in a new fitness center and it is beautiful. The have wide screen t.v. also with cable...yahoo! Maintenance has improved. The hot tub never is a a hot tub temperature..this is probly why no one is ever in it. That was a big sell for me. It did work when I moved in here. The biggest problem with this complex is the utility bill Re: water, gas, sewer, pest control, and trash. My cheapest bill was $13 ish and highest was $62. ouch. Dang, you may have to really ask about the utilites you have to pay before renting anywhere these days. This seems to be a trend everywhere. The other problem is the cars, trucks etc. Registration expired, inspections expired, flat tires. One here I have seen for 7 months. And one of the residents has been seen towing vehicles from one spot to another. I have heard that the propery manager has the right to give the Police the go ahead on when the Police can ticket cars or Towing Companies can come pick up cars that are illegally maintained. That is why there are problems here. The PM should have that much power. The noise is not bad, in my opionin, unless you live in a corner apartment and the boom boxes/cars are going by. And we KNOW who drives them. Get a grip! It's not --------, Whites or Middle Easter people doing this. doing this.

This apartment complex is in a great place, just needs to be cleaned up SOME MORE.
