I've been asking them to fix my patio screen door since I moved in....three months ago! This is ridiculous. The maintenance staff here is awful. I've been given almost every excuse. I've contacted them at least 6 or 7 times. One time the told me the had to order a part and wait for it to come in....a -------roller. You can get that at ANY hardware store. And does it really take 2 months for that to come in. I mean, come on.
