Our apartment is great and our rent is very reasonable. The office staff has been helpful. When we moved in we gave them a list of things we wanted fixed on a Saturday and they were all fixed by Wednesday. Not bad. No bugs in my apartment so not sure what the other folks on here are talking about. I live on the first floor and the only issue I've had so far is that the people in the apartment above me get in shouting matches pretty much on a daily basis and I can hear them, but you can't always have nice quiet neighbors it is after all an apartment complex and not a house. Our other neighbors are great (and they're quiet) they even came over to welcome us the first day we were moved in. There is plenty of parking. Also,I love that they have plenty of trees and grass and that the grounds are well kept. Another plus is that the fitness center is awesome, I love using it. I'm happy but if things change I'll be sure to post them here.
