Been here for 7 months and I have to say that I am disappointed. Their maintenance people are terrible, as they try to rig everything so half a**, they don't know what they are doing half the time. Their so called total renovation of apartments are a joke. I think they need to look under the defenition of renovation, especially when they say "Total" renovation. The nickel and dime you to death. They never mentioned they were charging for cable, they just tell you it hooked up all you do is plug in your set, then they even charge a monthly fee for Pest Control when it should be something they should be responsible for in the first place. They get a thumbs down from me.
