Luxury pricing for absolutely no luxury

I lived at Drexel Manor for a little over a year and was treated terribly by the extemely snotty manager. The apartments are luxurious, but my car was broken into twice. The management did absolutely nothing, even when another resident's new Porsche was put up on blocks IN THE GATED PARKING AREA UNDER THE APARTMENTS. Their tires were missing and that particular resident moved out immediately. Right before we moved out, our bikes were stolen from the gated parking area, and the management said, "Well, why didn't you lock them up'" Living in "luxury uptown living" and paying $2800 per month for rent should mean that I don't have to check to make sure my bike is still there every day. A very upsetting experience with absolutely no help from the management.
