They had a special otherwise the apartments would have been way overpriced for what you get. From the day I moved in, there were things needing fixed, which never got done. The closets had lots of rat feces. There was animal scratches on most of the trim which, I had to pay for, even though it was there when I moved in. The noise was tollerable, but not good. I thought the parking policy was good, but they changed that a month after I got there, so it became a race to get a spot. The water bill is split so even if you hardly use any, you pay for what others used. The maintenance staff was lazy and never fixed anything, or if they attemped, it broke. The managment staff was by far the very worst I've ever dealt with. They charged for every little thing on move out, even light bulbs. The plastic on the fake wood cabinets was peeling and they wouldn't allow me to fix anything up or fix it themselves. When I needed to move out because of the military, I gave them the paperwork they asked for and they said everything was fine. Then two months later they turn around, after I'm gone, and send me a bill for extending my lease because I didn't give notice and the paperwork I gave wasn't what they wanted after all... It wasn't worth any of it. The staff just made it misarable to try to talk to them. The parking lot was always crawling with shady types, not gated or secure. Almost everytime I came home after dark, I had to call someone and talk on the phone until I was inside because I felt so unsafe. Oh and two different times friends cars got towed, but other people can leave their's in the middle of the road for hours. By no means would I let anyone I care for stay there. I would recommend it to those I hate. lol
