Do not even think of to get your deposit back after you moved out. The management will find every reasons to get your money and you still own them. If you dispute with them, they will ignore your requests and send what they claimed you owned plus fine directly to the collection agency, no matter how small the amount is. Suggestion to current residents: do not argue with the management office, just pay what they want or you will have a collection agency after you move out for even more money.

I disagree with the " Do not argue with managment, just pay what they want" NO!! Remember you can go about it another way. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you start complaning, make your complaint in a letter form, makes copes of everything. GET CORPORATE INVOLVED!! Just ask for there number!! I've done it with Eagle Creek, write e-mails to the approiate person @ COROPRATE!! I even received more then what I expected with my return deposit.
