I would not recommend Eagle Creek to anybody. I moved here 3 years ago because it was cheap and affordable at the time. It was okay at first...the parking sucks, and very limited by sunset. I had these neighbors across the way from me that sat on their patio every SINGLE day from 6pm-6am drinking. Their gawking eyes would scare me every time I came home after sunset. Kids threw rocks at my window for no reason. My neighbors played loud music constantly. Within the first two months, my washer leaked, then my dishwasher leaked, then my dryer stopped drying. They did replace my washer and dryer (that took 2 weeks). So I dealt with the neighbors for 2 years. Then I downgraded into a one bedroom due to financial reasons, so I couldn't move...And it was even worse. My kitchen sink has not stopped leaking for a whole year. Maint has been out here 4 times to fix it and each time it would only fix the problem for 2 or 3 days so I've just learned to deal with the constant drip. My washer shakes so hard that I'm scared it's going to walk out the kitchen on it's own and just jump over the patio. The hot water in my shower doesn't last for no more than 5 minutes and maint can't seem to fix that problem. I would put in maint order, they would get "lost" and I would have to resubmit the same maint order sometimes twice before the problem got fixed. The two bedroom I lived in wasn't so bad but this one bedroom absolutely sucks as far as appliances/water leaks, etc. I am so thrilled to finally be moving out of this hell hole in a couple of weeks. Never again will I sacrafice my discomfort for financial reasons.

Lol, you just have bad luck. Eagle Creek has been a great home for my boyfriend and I for over 2 years. You should come over and visit!
