Not getting what you pay for

I've lived there for quite a while and am finally fed up with the management. It usually takes two to three trips down to the office before the process of fixing anything begins. The "amenities" in the gym are a bunch of junk including a TV that has been broken for 6 months or more and cardio machines that work half the time.
There is also luxury of having your car broken into. Most everyone I know that has lived there has been robbed and the management just treats at as an expected result of living there.
The grounds look neat and the actuall design of the apartments is cool, but don't let this fool you. Once you spend a few nights and hear the water flowing through the walls, you will wish you never signed the lease.
