I lived in Eastbridge for a year, while the location is excellent, and the apartments are generally nice, the staff is so non responsive and generally awful that I would not recommend living there to anyone. We had pigeons nesting and laying eggs on our doormat, and pooing EVERYWHERE. The pigeons would also defend their nest (our doormat) and attack us when we tried to get into and out of our door. I complained six times about this, and then wrote a letter to corporate and only when I showed the letter to the office did they ever do anything. You always had to ask at least twice before anything would ever get done.
Common areas, like the bird poo and trash covered halls, are poorly maintained and there were frequent break-ins in the garage. The gates to the garage were frequently broken and several times the gate got stuck leaving you and your car stranded in Eastbridge hell. Even after I left they still haunted me by sending nasty letters about how I needed to pay $700 on top of my deposit and pet deposit to replace the carpet that wasn??t new when I got there.
