No Way!

I lived at Eastbridge for 2 yrs and how do they repay a good tenant...they raise the rent by $140. After speaking with management it was lowered to an $80 increase and only after my new complex contacted them for my information did they bring it down to $40, after refusing to release my information to the new complex. You tell me if they were trying to rip me off!
But the worst part was that on two different occasions a guest of mine had their cars towed! In order to have a guest park in the so called secured parking, you must get a parking pass from the office during office hours. It s not exactly easy for guests to find parking spots along the street, and no matter where you park you are at risk of burglary.
The location is great, but you have to remember that it is a party area so it is not ever quiet between thursday and saturday. The only good thing that I can say is that it is a pet friendly community.
To sum it up Management stinks! They are like dirty used car salesmen, they ll act like they re on your side but never do a thing to help you. It's not even worth the application fee!
