I agree that crime is a big problem in this area. Cars have been broken into on several occasions since I have been here, and far worse crimes occur in the surrounding neighborhoods. The problems I have had with noise tend to come from the hallways outside my front door late at night. People come home late and make all kinds of noise. The walls between apartments, however, are not bad. I have only heard minimal noise since living here. They do allow large dogs, and those have a tendency to bark, but I think you will find that the noise issue is the same at any multi-family complex. The finishes are nice, and the maintenance does an excellent job of repairing and maintaining the place. The staff is very easy to deal with. I have only been living here for about 6 months, so I cannot comment on all aspects of this apartment. The gate gets broken usually on Saturday nights when drunk idiots plow through it. That is frustrating, but so far I've only had one issue where I wasn't able to get out of the garage when I wanted to leave. I recommend this place if you work in the surrounding area, but it's not as safe as I'd like it to be.
