The neighborhood is a mix of good and bad and when I first moved in I thought that I may be scared at night. In the 6 months that I've lived here, I can't find anything wrong. The maintenance is friendly and responsive, the parking is great, the whole complex itself is quiet and relaxing. The office staff are friendly and responsive too. There was a guy walking around knocking on people's doors and saying that he lived in my apartment. They got the reports that evening and were calling me the next morning to investigate. I hated that my apartment number was being used like that but glad to know that if my door was the one being knocked on then they would try to do something about it. That's the only incident that I've heard of.

Yes, I can hear my neighbors upstairs if they have the TV turned up or if they are moving something heavy across the floor but I've lived in another nice places where I could hear people walking across the room and using the bathroom. That doesn't happen here so the few times I can hear neighbors is tolerable. Overall, my studio apartment is more spacious than my old one bedroom apartment, appliances are brand new, closet and bathroom are a really good size and I can't find anything I don't like.

Also, as for the security gate, it was broken a few times about within the same month but they replaced the gate and there hasn't been an issue since.
