I've lived here for almost two years, and since the management has changed, the experience of being a resident at The Easton has not been as good. The new maintenance man is very inexperienced and does not respond to calls promptly. When he came in with a ladder, he knocked his ladder into my bar stools and damaged them and didn't even acknowledge it. The paint is a flat paint, which means the walls are going to show any marks transferred. The noise is somewhat of an issue- my neighbor blares his music and tv loudly, and people coming home late at night can be loud, but I think most apartments have this problem. Overall, I will be glad to move out, but I don't see any major reasons for not living here. It's no worse than any other place; it's just gone downhill since new management has taken over.
