I moved into Easton in december of 2006. I loved it, UNTIL the management changed. After that, my rent began to sky rocket, I got some kind of stupid not on my door almost everyday about new rules and regulations, I got my car broken into TWICE, I called several times to get little things fixed around my apartment and they never did, there was always dog crap on the sidewalks, and they nickle and dimed me to death. The water and trash is inlcuded in the rent, so the price is always changing. The problem is you get the bill after the first of the month. They sent me a note telling me I was shrt on my rent 50 cents! I paid over $850 a month and they want to be pety of 50 cents. Then when I brought two quarters to the office te reluctantly took them because it wasn't a check. They were always rude and never said thank you. I was so happy the day I moved out. Easton sucks and it's te new managements fault.
