I lived here a year. Construction is all around and they have been known to work on weekends. I know of 3 cars broken into over 12 months (some behind the closed gate). I never once saw a cop car presence for security. The tenants with dogs near the pool side don't pick up their dog's waste as well as the other side does. If I wanted to exfoliate, shave and wash my hair in one shower, I had to rush because the hot water didn't last long enough. I had what looked like black mold on my window seal. It looked like they just painted over it. A few months later when I moved out, it was coming back. The tenants with dogs seemed friendly but otherwise no one talked to me unless I talked to them first. Between floors is not insulated at all. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walk, shut cabinets, flush the toliet/shower, have relations, etc. And then after moving out they said I owed around $700 to re-carpet an efficiency. I think that is way over priced for cheap apartment carpeting.
