| 12/11/2012 | Do yourself a favor and keep looking. The new owner company seems to be fattening this hog up for the kill with "renovations" that are thinly-veiled attempts to cut costs, such as removing many trees and bushes from the exterior(I'm sure the electric company didn't mind) and from the pool area(because Texas summers just keep getting milder...). Meanwhile several unnecessary "upgrades" will undoubtedly be transmitted to new tenants and to the few(and I mean few) old ones that get the pleasure of "relocating to a new unit" so that the old one can be renovated.
