Infested with gang activity and crime.
I've lived here less than a year and my car was vandalized on four different occasions. Management turns an eye to theses activities...allows kids to run and vandalize property till all hours of the night. This place is a mess...If you sign a year lease..I promise you it will be the longest year of your life.......

You go through a background check and it's clear that once tenants move in, they bring the rift raft with them and the office over looks it. If you have a problem, it will take several if not dozens calls to the office to handle a problem you may have going on. From maitenence,security or the gang activity. The children run all over, hang and loiter in the entrance of the complex, the management is aware of this, still nothing is done. Some tenants don't even place their trash into the trash cans, they just throw it from their balconys, if it misses, they leave it! Children who are taking out the trash, just place it in front of the dumpster, it's discusting! They spend more money here on the grass cutting and trimming when they should invest it in gassing out the roaches and RATS! Yes, there are huge rats that live here, and the office knows- still nothing is ever done about it. I wish the CITY of DALLAS would come investigate this place. It's a mess!

Please understand that disgruntled individuals are more likely to post comments here (or anywhere else) than those that are satisfied. With hundreds upon hundreds of individuals having resided with us over the years, there are many, many more satisfied occupants than those that post negative comments here. We ask that you be cautious when considering any comments (especially negative ones), as they may simply be from residents that did not follow the rules, not pay their rent when due, or made it difficult for us to address their problem. Also, some comments may not relate to our current management team. We strive to operate the community with professionalism and a respect for our resident concerns. Should we find that our employees are not meeting that objective, they are replaced. Therefore, there is great incentive for them to do their jobs well. We hope that you will come by for a personal visit, meet with the current staff, and see the quality and size of the units that we offer. We take our reputation seriously and hope that you will give us the opportunity to make our community your new home.
