All of the bad reviews that you read about this place are true. The complex is in the flight path for Love Field, so your apartment shakes morning till night, 7 days per week. The walls are paper-thin, so you hear and smell everything your neighbors are doing. You have no control over whether your apartment's ventilation system is on heat or cool. I could never get my place cooled off below 78 degrees, and that was with the A/C running non-stop, 24/7. The manager is a total jerk, and the owner is even worse. When I complained about the above situations, I was ignored. The owner even threatened to sue me if I reported them to the city of Dallas for the problems that I had with bugs and the plumbing. I packed my stuff and left in the middle of the night. I have already called the TV stations in Dallas. I can only hope that they do an expose' on this place and put them out of business.
