I lived there between 2006 and November 2008 and had a great experience. I had a 1 bedroom on the ground floor with hardwood floors, which I didn't find anywhere else when I was looking. I had a couple maintenance issues, but Armando got it fixed right away. The complex was quiet and my neighbors were cool. I'm not sure what other people are talking about with the ac issues. My place was plenty cool in the summer. Had I not bought a house, I would have stayed there and have actually referred friends that now live there.

I can tell you what we're talking about with the A/C issues. You lived on the ground floor, obviously in the shade, since that's where the apartments with hardwood floors are located. Try living on the 2nd floor and not in the shade, and you'll sing a different tune. Secondly, the manager has changed since all of us who complain about the place, so that might also make a big difference. Just count your blessings that you didn't live there in 2005. you would NEVER have stayed 2 years.
