I live in a two bedroom and I m happy with it. Hardwood floors and washer dryer hookup. This is a good part of town to be in. Starbucks is close and there are a lot of good places to eat nearby. The property has lots of big trees and lots of landscaping which I like. The pool is nice though I do not use it much. My apartment was clean when I moved in and the property manager has been good about getting things fixed fast. The air conditioning and heat work fine for me. The electric and gas bill is less than I paid two years ago at a newer place. My neighbors are good people. If you need to live in a new place there are a lot around but prepare to pay more.

I agree completely with this review. We have been here for a little over a year and have not had any major problems. The community is friendly and the street noise from Inwood is not a problem.
