My car was broken into while I lived there in 2004-2005. A man was also attacked in front of his apartment and laid theiruntil someone found him and called 911. We also had problems with the maintenance people leaving trash in our apartment when they would come the repair something. Also we lived on the third floor and our electricity bill was double anyone else's because there is not enough insulation in the attic. When I said something to the office, they said they did not have to do anything about it because they were grandfathered in to the rule of minimum 7 inches of insulation. We only had 2 to 3 inches. The spike in electricity was also not because of our air use, we kept our thermostat at 70 - 75 degrees. The grounds do look nice, that is one of the reasons we moved there in the first place, but I wish we would have kept looking and found different apartments to live.

I must say that is surprising. The apts are a nice place to live outside of the rent going up every year but it is a great complex to live in.
