I really want everyone to know how great it is here. I think this has been one of the best apartment complexes I have ever stayed in. The maintenance is awesome and the office staff is even better. We wish Christina was still here though, Good Luck Girls.

You're quite the nay-sayer sjaustin. I live at Fairways and just renewed our lease for another year. I'm VERY happy with the location, the layout, the grounds, the maintenance and the service. Here's my tale: I was doing some work in the kitchen soldering some electronics. I left the soldering iron plugged in and it fell off the stand, placing a large burn in the countertop. I notified the office, as I knew that I'd need to resolve that before we moved out in a year (we'd JUST renewed our lease). I basically asked how much the new countertop would cost. Within the week, Gilbert came by to assess the damage and later the next week, the new countertop was delivered. The cost for this is FAR lower than expected. I've never been treated with such professionalism and dignity, despite a problem of my own making. Whether or not these one-paragraph reviews are written by management or not, they are accurate. I have never lived in any rental unit anywhere that is as spacious, comfortable and just plain NICE as Fairways. Before you start bad-mouthing the reviews or the property, I highly suggest you actually visit Fairways and see for yourself.
