I visited the complex and was greeted by the manager. She is a real person who lives there and a few staff members do as well, such as the head of maintenance. The complex consist of 200 units and is next to a switch rail track. I was told the train is in use only 2 to 4 times a week however. The manager is aware of this web site. She told me herself. She does know everything that goes on there and she is a resident as well. It is a fine line between work and home especially when it is 50 yards away from each other. The floor plans are spacious, and very well kept. They regulary recarpet and the walls are two tone cream with crown molding. The kitchen consists of faux granite counters, and decorum engraved outlines on the cabinets. There was a little less than average closet space and the bathrooms had newer hardware. The apartments are clean and well kept. The community is in a court nestled with other complexes and houses close to the tollway but far from the noise. There are rat traps however, possibly due to the doorside trash pick up and wooded area adjacent to the tracks. There is a small fenced dog area that I have to admit is adorable and I can see that it is appreciated by toy dogs. All in all it is nice and the staff is friendly. 200 units with a 98% occupancy was quoted by the manager which is 4 apartments available on average. She was really quite a character which is charming. They do love dogs which attracts dog owners. A really nice complex which is in dire need of diversity. I am seriously considering this complex and wanted others to know exactly what it is about.
