Do not live here. When we first moved in they were great. About three months ago they switched management and now it's like living in the ghetto. All of the hospitality we loved is gone. The parking is sparse and getting worse by the day. They have two reserved spots in front of our building for the "future residents" and now they've given up TWO additional spots for one handicapped tenant who doesn't even live in our building. We're forced to park behind the complex by the dumpster. They are catering to the lowest common denominator and are only concerned about money NOT resident satisfaction. The girls in the office are completely ignorant and the management could care less about keeping their current residents happy. They don't even know any of our names. Awful! Those are not wood floors, they are peel and stick laminate despite being advertised as wood. The paint is not two tone, they're just too cheap to repaint each room when someone moves out. One of our heating units doesn't work and hasn't been looked at despite TWO requests and there's no insulation in the second bathroom so it's freezing in the winter and boiling hot in the summer. This is undoubtedely one of the worst places to live in Dallas. I can't wait to get out!
