I agree with some of the others. The management used to be great before the current management team took over. Nobody every returns calls. things fall apart, at least 4 or 5 sprinkler heads shoot water straight up like a hose and have done so for months, wasting water, and haven't been fixed. They just don't care about their residents. and now they are raising rents. cars and apartments get broken into and they don't do anything about it. I'm out of here.

I agree, my car was broken into last week, I talked to management and they said there are several people breaking into cars here and they know about it and it has been happening for a while. One of those things i wish i would have known a long time ago when they first knew about it... maybe a note on the door or something. If you call in a complaint about something needing fixed they will send maintenance but the maintenance guys groan about the issue and say they will get back to it and thats the last you hear. I am moving out and will not recommend this place to anyone unless i hate them.
