My apartment is a constant 65 degrees in the winter, I use florescent lights, and own NO expensive TV or stereo equipment, yet my electric bill is $300/month for 900 square feet!!!! The insulation is VERY bad and the windows are very poorly insulated as well. Whatever price they quote you per month, make sure you add about 200 per month because of the extra electricity you WILL pay. Man am I glad I'm moving out soon.

You must live on the second floor. We lived there for about 7 months of our lease and were tired of having no heat in half of our apartment (there were two units, only one worked) and the second bathroom was freezing in the winter and roasting in the summer. Fairways needs to be torn down. Better use could be made of the land for parking or raising rabbits.

Yes, same problem here. 2nd bedroom has very uncomfortable temp's compared to the rest of the rooms in the apt. Am thinking of moving when my lease is up soon.

yeah, i agree. July and August cost us about 400$/month in electric bills!
