When I moved into Fairways of Bent Tree (with JMG as the management staff) life was great. They communicated with tenents about everything, maintence requests were resolved within a day, they hosted community garage sales and pool parties. I actually had three of my friends move in because of my reccomendations.
I feel bad for them now, because they are stuck with the meanest blonde in Dallas, running the office. What a snake charmer this lady is. Her attitude is defensive, rude and accusitory before you even say 'hello'.
When I lived there, all my neighbors were long term renters, having lived at The Fairways for several years and loved it. They have all moved out too.
Good luck if you still live there and if you are considering it, run away fast!

The management seems to have lack of experience and ability and training. Their response is at time unbelievable: Wasp nest at my door way and on the eaves and being stung - Response "They don't sting and we don't do that". Well at 65, I climbed a ladder and removed them myself (very dangerous) and sprayed the area.
