When the new mgmt co. took over almost two years ago, they said "give us some time."
Well time has told us many things, they blatently lie to you about your work orders being complete...like you don't know! They let tenants leave trash outdoors 7 days a week. They run out of doggie bags for weeks at a time. If your a friend of the mgmt team you can have pit bulls that go through others front windows. The pools turn a mysterious green often' Work orders must be called in at least 2 or 3 times and then within a week or two might be handles. The leasing office always closes during anyone's regular lunch hour, possible to avoid tenants personal complaints. If you like to decorate your patio, this is the place, so patios look like permanent yard sales, poor taste abounds. All outside areas are bug infested, walk i the grass for 5 minutes and you'll have 10-15 insect bites, along with your pets. Don't even think about living on the botto floor in front of the golf course unless you want to live in the flood zoe, and NO, they won't pay for your damage! ------is a lying idiot and -----, well she's just dumb. Oh did, I mention that several units have black mold, that they won't fix, no a healthy environment.

Oh Saunde don't you have anything better to do other than be so nasty to the girls in the office. I have never seen a pitbull here and you have not either. Hasn't the management let you have a dog without paying a pet deposit or fees?? You brag about that to the wrong people. I don't like you and most of your neighbors don't either. And they fixed the golf course drainage issues at the begining of the year. I know you know that because you let your f7423ing dog run back there with no leash and ---- everywhere and your fat lazy as does even pick it up. So if you are gonna state anything you should probaly tell the truth.

Well, I don't know who Saunde is but I have a serious problem with the management at Fairways especially compared to the previous management. For one, the mission statement online says nothing about the customer service towards customers / tenants. Hello! This is supposed to be OUR home. When you walk in the door, they at you like you are completely bothering them unless of course it is a new person willing to lease. DO NOT LEASE AT THE FAIRWAYS. I repeat...DO NOT LEASE AT THE FAIRWAYS. ------is usually hiding in the back. Tonya is usually on a personally call with her blue tooth or whatever that is hanging out of her ear. I have asked, I have called, I have emailed a request to have my air filter changed in my apartment to no avail. I gave up. Don't even get me started on this complex being dog friendly. Just because they have a dog park and doggie stations doesn't mean the complex and management is dog friendly. For anyone reading this, that was ALL here before this management took over. Also, this management has completely poor spelling and grammar. I don't know where they found these two but it's about par for the course for apartment managers except the previous managers we had. I could go on and on about but I wanted to start with the management because that is the WORST part about this complex.

First of all, if you are going to comment on the management's spelling and grammar you might not want to write that "Tonya is usually on a personally call with her blue tooth or whatever that is hanging out of her ear." I lived there last year and did not have any problems with the management and will be moving back in this month. It seems that you expect Four Seasons service when you pay a 10th of the price. The Fairways has very spacious and affordable apartments on a quiet, tree-filled property. Another note to Saunde, the Fairways didn't cause any flood damage you experienced and that is what renter's insurance is for.

This is my second lease renewal at this complex, I was here with the old management as well. I love my apartment. I got along great with the old management and I get along with the new people, too. it's not perfect here but it's your perspective that dictates your happiness, not your surroundings. Amazing how that works. Tantrums are never attractive, lady, you sound like a two year old.
Frankly, the only pit bull I've seen on the property is Saunde. Some people are just not happy unless they're complaining, she's one of those. The second anonymous response looks like the same writing style---lies, bad spelling and grammar, personal attacks and just a general hatefest--as Jabba the Saunde, I'm 99% sure it's her as well. I'm not going to give the ugliness she spewed here a lot of energy (twice!), but I will say this--Saunde, sweetie, I've seen inside your apartment from your patio, also that 70's bad acid trip you call a wardrobe, and the flourescent green you paint your toenails. If I were you I wouldn't start casting stones about OTHER people's poor taste. One last warning to renters, no matter what property you're looking at. Be sure to check management's spelling and grammar before you sign that lease. That's the ---- that will make or break your life at their property. |
