I have lived here for 2 years. The first year was very nice. I was willing to put up with somewhat high electric bills since everything else was nice, quiet, and cared for. Since 2008 began, I have been slowly surrounded by what has to be Section 8 tenants who slam and bang their doors and pound on walls from 7am until 1am, 7 days a week. Since utility rates have began increasing this year, I have consistently payed between $275 and $350 per month for electricity for a 1 bedroom less than 900 square feet. I have an apartment sized washer and dryer that I purchased new when I moved into this place. I heat/cool my apt to 72 degrees in winter and 79 in summer. The neighbors here have become rude and disrespectful of others. The management does little to discourage this and nothing in regards to inspecting or repairing the heating and air conditioning systems. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

These aparments are not propertyly insolated. When the workman replaced my bathtub on the outside wall, there was no insolation around most of the pipes. They did nothing.They also just pushed the trash (sheet rock, broken tiles) into a big hold under the tub and set the tub on top makeing it a fire hazard.
