The Fairways are amazing. I have lived here now for a year and I cannot think of a better place. The two women in the management office are amazingly responsive and understanding. The maintenance workers live on the property so no matter what time of day, they are here to help out. The two pools are nice. They have a little dog run for the pups, and poo bag stations all around the complex. The apartments are really well laid out and the square footage is great. The rest is also pretty low for the area and you are just a hop across the Toll Road from Addison and all its greatness. All in all this is a wonderful apartment complex.
