Bad Business Practices

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Large NON-REFUNDABLE application fee (hidden in lease application)if you decide not to live there. Was told one thing in person and went back to get my deposit back, but they would not give it back. Bad customer service, understaffed and unethical business practices.
I do not recomend even filling out a lease application here.
The apartments - even if rennovated- are not worth the money you pay.
