I have lived here for a little two months now, and my experience has been okay. The woman who leased the apartment to me was apparently new, because I was told things that were inaccurate. She told me Comcast would add an outlet in the bedroom -- not true. She knew this was an issue for me. I was shown a model apartment and when I moved in, my apartment didn't look nearly as good as the model, even though it was 'renovated'. You might ask to see your actual apartment before you sign the lease. I've been awoken during the night several times because of people yelling outside my window. Parking is perfectly fine for my building, and I have received no notes on my door regarding any break-ins, etc. The access gates are almost always broken.
