Here is a recent email I sent the Falls
Granted it does not put me in a very good light,but it show's you the lack of committment on the falls part:

Personally I wouldn't tell any of my friends to move into your apt complex, I have lived there for two years and the problem I have had in the past is every time I don't cross my T's and dot my I's your staff is more than happy to pounce and fine me instead of calling me to inform me of the mistakes on my rent checks. ( do they get commissions for this treatment)
for the most part I have paid my rent on time and have even given an extra hundred(credit)
for any further numerical errors on my checks.
All I can think is since your employees have such a fast turn around that they don't care about the falls community.
case in point one day I was short on my check and I received a notice stating I will be kicked out of the apartment, and once I investigated it, I got an apology stating because of others that are months behind on their rent they sent out a mass mailing.
all I can say is I am very disappointed with your short term employees since they obviously have nothing but contempt for anyone that makes a mistake on their rent check and assumes that they are trying to scam them.
and I am gladly moving out at the end of this month.
