I truly appreciate all of the efforts that Lincoln makes to improve this complex. The staff goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. I wish I could train my employees to have such wonderful customer service. The area, however, is declining fast. The surrounding complexes are obviously not managed well which makes it impossible to keep all of the riff-raff out of Highpoint. I love my apartment, my neighbors, and most of all the employees here. I just hope the police department can fix the neighborhood.

The security guards cant do anything. The dumb management at the Falls DISARMED the security guards.
